GC Construction Service is a family owned and operated business that has been in service for almost 50 years. As a veteran contractor, we maintain our quality standards and our brand image, which is a symbol of excellence and quality. Since 1972, we have expanded in to all facets of construction and contracting and catered to various construction, repair, and maintenance projects.

We offer residential and commercial services at market competitive rates. Our quality of work is our pride. We are able to bring together specialized team to meet the objectives for all types of work.

Our strong reputation and consistent timely delivery of projects is what allowed us to expand our horizon. We believe in forging a bond with our clients that is built of trust, transparency, and professional conduct, and never cease to satisfy our clients, no matter the cost.

Our brief timeline:

• First home designed and built 1972 and continued with others into the 80’s
• First home built through federal agency FHA 1974
• 83-86 built two Condo projects in West Palm Beach, Fla. Total 114 units
• 87-92 designed and built several Bank and Credit Union buildings as well as numerous commercial buildings and historical renovations in Tennessee
• 2010 Built numerous apartment projects through HUD for fair market housing and elderly.
• 2011-present – doing Storm Damage repairs in North Carolina, Alabama, and Louisiana.
